Aristina brings an advanced set of networking, organizational and technological skills to Bridgeway Commercial Realty. Politically aware and active from an early age, she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Syracuse University. As a student intern, she held a key two-year management position in the local office of New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.
Aristina then studied law and earned a master’s degree in government at Regent University in Virginia. Her work as a campaign intern for United States Congressman J. Randy Forbes of Virginia led to a congressional position as a Constituent Services Representative, a role which she further sharpened her advocacy, communications, public relations and research skills.
In 2014, Aristina joined her father, Tom Lischak CCIM, to establish Bridgeway Commercial Realty, LLC. She earned her realtor’s license, began networking — and quickly landed three major listings.
“For most of my adult life,” Aristina says, “I’ve been absorbing my father’s passion for commercial real estate. I realized that political action and commercial real estate share a lot of common ground. I saw many opportunities to transfer my communication, management, research, networking, team-building and cold-calling skills. I finally said to my father — who is a natural teacher — ‘Let’s build Bridgeway together.’
Aristina resides in Manlius, NY with her husband and four children.

Throughout Dave’s broad-reaching career, the common threads have been building teams and finding creative solutions. In the context of commercial real estate, his eye for solutions has unearthed a sixth sense for promising locations. His team-player outlook is likewise a powerful ally, as collaboration and negotiation are essential in closing transactions.
Beyond his lifelong commitment to integrity and professionalism. Dave’s “bridge” to Bridgeway Commercial Real Estate was an intense 15-year stretch in real estate development and property management, during which he earned the elite designation “Certified Property Manager.” With responsibilities ranging from initial vision to marketing, leasing, and compliance, Dave developed an appreciation for the complex challenges facing commercial property buyers and sellers.
Dave’s incisive grasp of Central New York — its evolving economy and potential for opportunity — goes back 30 years. After growing up in Pittsburgh and earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, he relocated to Syracuse and launched his career in not-for-profit management with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and American Heart Association. Later posts in health care administration led to his property management and development position with a multifaceted health care system.
Dave also brings to Bridgeway the discipline and perseverance of a competitive runner. A veteran of eight marathons, he notes, “If you get tired at mile 20, you don’t just stop.”
Dave and his wife reside in Manlius.
